Sales tax and Buyer's fees...

Buyers fees are charged on a per item basis.

10% buyer's fee on all purchases

Applicable MN sales tax will be collected, unless you have a MN sales tax or agricultural (ST3) form on file with us.

By appointment only

Starts to end at 7:00pm 3 items every minutes, with extended bidding subject on each item.

Payment terms...

Cash, cashier's check and bank wire only.

No personal or business checks, credit or debit cards.

Any transactions over $9,999.00 must be paid for with a bank wire.

Please make cashier checks out to Mid Minnesota Auctions. All check will be verified with the financial institution they are drawn on.

No items will be released until the entire invoice is paid in full.

Please note:

Invoices go out via email by noon the next day.

The sellers DO NOT provide transportation or shipping services for buyers to remove their merchandise. All items must be picked up at the auction address.
